Okay, here's the plan:

Meet at 7:30 (sorry, it's the earliest I can meet, seeing as how I have a
panel just before it) on Friday.  We can meet in the lobby and then figure
where to have dinner.  It'll be a great opportunity to come together and
discuss what topics we'll be bringing up to the crowd (in addition to their
questions, of course).

Also, if you haven't given me your works sheet (the one with your works and
site), please mail it to me before Friday.  Actually, if you HAVE sent it,
please send again (I had a hard drive crash last week and lost all but one
of them).  ^_^;;;

Again, it's 

Name: (what you use for your fics, can be real or your handle)
Website where your works are stored
Typical genre: mecha, lemon, romance, etc.
Typical series: Inu-Yasha, Shaman King, Wolf's Rain, etc.
Up to five of your major (most notable fics)
Any original fics or non-fiction, if you want that mentioned, too.
