Ha! The Hinako joke was dull, but since it was  a set up for that line, it
actually worked.

Ranma shook his head. "I don't get any of this. But if that's my
choices, you got my vote. Not like you could be any worse than him."

Now Ranma is asking for it.

"I appreciate that." Lukkosai shook his hand, and Ranma wondered if that
last statement wouldn't go in the record books under dumbest things ever
said.

"By trying to steal *my* collection of women's undies, that's how!

Good for him. He was a true student and heir.

"Dog," Happosai proclaimed, "I command you to hunt down and attack the
underwear thief!"

Soun and Genma took a step away from their master.

The dog began to snarl.
