I guess that depends on several factors. Most of the
ki draining youma are shown draining up to dozens at
a time, so exactly how many times a normal person is
Ranma? How fast is the draining? How fast would Ranma
be at dumping ki? It does leave room for a well written
fanfic, which is pretty much all we're concerned with
here.
