Maybe it's just me, but I'm not sure I've ever read a Ranma/Sailor Moon
crossover non-spamfic where the author actually got to the end of the
story.  (Well, maybe a couple of megacrossovers, but not the kind of
thing being discussed above.)

"Destiny's Child," by Fire, got finished.  26 chapters plus an epilogue,
221,000 words total.

You're right, though; big R/SM crossovers (hell, big stories of any kind)
seldom get finished.  I still hold hope for a few, though -- e.g. "On A
Clear Day You Can See Forever" by Mark MacKinnon.
