[FFML] Just a note on configuration

Well, within reason.  I, for one, am very glad that this list was spared
the raging debates about Bush and Iraq that occurred on many other
forums, many of which had nothing to do with politics.  Not that it
wasn't an important issue that needed to be debated, but a list about
fanfiction simply isn't the place.

But the point is well taken.  The list had limited capacity in the old
days due to the fact that by today's standards, the machine being used
to run it was remarkably limited.  Today's servers are many times more
powerful, so overloading shouldn't be a problem, but the attitudes
fostered by the limitations of those days still persist.
