Thanks, I was wondering about that myself.  I guess that's what I get 
for throwing an Italian derived slang term into the dialogue of a Ranma 
fanfic.  But it seemed like something Nabiki would say.  Let's say it was 
a creative interpretation of what she would have said in Japanese ^_^; 
(probably, "Wakatta?")

Do you mean you didn't recieve Part I?  That wouldn't surprise me, 
since I was having massive trouble with my email service at the time 
(and had to switch to a new one, in fact).
