To be sure, I didn't mean the entire pokegirl context; I figured that
was implied since they don't actually exist and I was cross referrencing
it in a real world context.  My appolgies, I sometimes forget who and
what I deal with when I actually speak on this mailing list.

I'll be more specific since I failed to do so the first time:

This particular section reminds me of the rhetoric spewed by your
average member of Code Pink or the NOW gang that tend to lump all men
together as potential rapists.  That any and all sexual thoughts by a
man towards a woman (Akane is actually a poster child for this
mentality...not that she doesn't have cause admittedly, but I find the
circumstances she finds herself in to be just a hair shy of the odds of
a supernova spontaneously erupting in your front yard) is both immoral
and unnequivally unnatural despite all the millions of years of
evolution the contrary.  That for a women to love a man is just a form
of the man enslaving the woman, and she needs to be saved from
themselves.  In fact, would wipe out the male of the species at first
viable opportunity.

I know women like this, though by all the gods, I wish I didn't.

And I admit, I probably projected it a bit further than was intended
through the rest of your section, but it seems to me to have been one
long advocacy piece for that particular mindset; though admittedly they
have far more cause for it given what just happened in their context.
Now Akane isn't just justified, she's righteously empowered...that's
quite convenient for her...even considering the rather fucked up thing
that just happened to her and her sisters it's still rather convenient
for her in that context.

On that we can certainly agree, though I believe we mean it in entirely different ways.
