You simply write them out, as you did above.  Though you want to be careful and not overdo it, as it doesn't work quite as well in text based stories as it does in a more visual mode.  It works mainly in insane stories, though it doesn't have to be that crazy to do.  Just look at Girl Days, where visual puns are often integrated into the story quite well.
