[FFML] [Mai Hime, Future] The Summer of Her Discontent Teaser

THE NEWS:

Okay, I have spent this summer writing roughly 3 billion different versions
of the next story in this series.  All of them crashed onto the rocks
because I realized they relied on people acting for the plot, not common
sense, too much or because i wasn't ready to give away things they would
have forced into the open or I would write 200K and then scream 'THIS
SUCKS'.

Summer of Her Discontent finally came together with the help of my friend
Travis Butler, who went line by line with me, helping me to improve my
writing and providing feedback from someone who doesn't know everything and
thus able to tell me if it makes sense or not.

However, because it cannibalized pieces from drafts which died and adds a
ton of new stuff, it ended up stupidly large.

I thus have chopped it into four parts.  Part 1 will be out either Monday or
Tuesday, depending on how quickly I finish my one last significant
problem--getting all my characters to consistently address people with the
same naming conventions.

The four parts:

The Summer of Her Discontent
          Something For Me
          It Was A Beautiful Dream
          The Fire That Purifies The Night
          To Bear What Must Be Borne

Something For Me and The Fire That Purifies the Night mainly focus on the
kids and Kasumi's family; It Was a Beautiful Dream and To Bear What Must Be
Borne deal with both adults and kids.
