[FFML] [ADMIN] Major system update on 18Jul2015

Recently, Debian (my OS of choice) upgraded their testing version to
stable. In order to keep up with the times, I will be upgrading this
server two weeks from tomorrow during the evening hours (around 17:00
PDT (UTC-7) on July 18 (00:00 UTC July 19, 2015)).  This will take
around two or three hours of downtime. 

During that time, the list and all archives will be intermittently
unavailable.  

I'll send another warning when the time comes.
